In a special partnership, Matrix, a New Jersey corporation, provided the Edison Foundation with a rent-free space to showcase Edison's achievements at various sites. In return, the Foundation, through RAA, has made the space an appealing amenity for Matrix's other tenants, primarily law firms, who use the facility for large meetings and for its state-of-the-art teleconferencing and presentation capabilities. The conference table, mobile A/V cart, and control room equipment are integrated to allow users to make presentations using computer-based and multimedia sources displayed on a 60-inch plasma display. The 1,500-square-foot space is also flexible for social functions.
